Daytime Hours Monday through Friday   8:00 am - 5:30 pm Evening Hours Monday, Wednesday and Thursday   5:30 pm - 8:00 pm Weekend Hours Saturday - Urgent Care Problems Only   9:00 am Sunday - Urgent Care Problems Only   11:00 am After Hours Care Major after-hour health problems that require immediate care should be directed to the nearest Urgent Care or Emergency Room. For other urgent problems that cannot wait until the following day's office hours, the on-call physician may be reached by calling the office phone number: 527-6900. We request that routine calls be made during regular weekday office hours only. Our office cannot approve an authorization for a visit to an urgent care center or emergency room. Your insurance will make the final decision as to whether the service will be covered.
